Welcome to the Retirement Planning Association of Australasia (RPAA). By accessing or using our website and services, including free membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By registering as a member of the RPAA or by using our website and resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

RPAA is a free-to-join membership association that provides financial education, retirement planning resources, and community support.

We DO NOT:

All content and resources are for educational and informational purposes only. Members are responsible for seeking independent, licensed professional advice for their personal circumstances.

3. Membership

Membership is free and available to all Australians aged 18 or over.
Members must provide accurate and current information during registration.
RPAA reserves the right to cancel or suspend memberships for misuse of services, inappropriate conduct, or breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the RPAA website — including articles, guides, logos, downloads, and newsletters — is the property of RPAA or its contributors and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Content is for personal, non-commercial use only unless permission is granted in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPAA, its directors, and representatives are not liable for:

Any losses or damages arising from reliance on educational content,
