The Retirement Planning Association of Australia (The RPAA) is a member-based, independent organisation dedicated to empowering everyday Australians with the knowledge and tools they need to be able to plan to retire successfully.
We offer financial education, information, resources, and guidance to help our members make more informed decisions about their superannuation, investments, and long-term financial wellbeing — without selling financial products or offering financial advice.

We provide members with ongoing financial education, educational events, webinars, expert interviews, and access to powerful tools and strategies that are often overlooked by traditional institutions.

Glenn Korn — Our Founder
With nearly 30 years in the financial coaching space, Glenn has helped thousands of everyday Australians take control of their financial future — without relying on traditional advisors or underperforming Super funds. Known as “The Financial Coach”, Glenn is not here to sell you any products or manage your money — he’s here to teach you how to do it smarter, better, and more confidently yourself.
What makes Glenn different is simple: he cuts through the daily clutter and noise to teach you real strategies that work — the same strategies that were used to help people protect their capital and avoid losses like during the Global Financial Crisis and grow their portfolios when others stagnated.
But titles and track records aside, Glenn’s just a down-to-earth bloke who genuinely cares about helping people plan to retire comfortably. He believes that financial education should be taught in schools for everyone to learn and shouldn’t be complicated — and that everyone deserves the tools to grow their wealth on their terms.
Glenn founded The RPAA to bring honest, research-backed financial education to the people who need it most. He continues to lead the association with a mission to simplify, demystify, and empower.
